Setting - Deep into the forest paste t he broken pine trees, and through the rocky passage way revealed is an opening from the forest into a place so high open and free, the edge of the earth some called it, for one slip off th is cliff and fatality would be within grasp. The air is thick and sweet, the soft smoke drifting around as if you could reach out and touch a cloud. The cliff was so high off the ground that upon looking over the edge you would see a faint thin ribbon of blue stretching out to the horizon. The thick roaring river bends through the forest and coming to the open cliff it plummets down to the stream, but once down at the bottom of this massive waterfall, you find that this stream was a very large river that outstretched into the ocean. Up on the cliff the rock was flat and smooth, except for one section where a path formed in the rock would curve and lead upward, The soft stone then formed into a cavern path the dampened floor would send an erie feeling down your spine rattling into your bones. The water would drip and hit the damp floor making an echoing splash as if a leaky facet that would drip constantly all night. The cavern came to an opening and the view from here was so captivating and breath taking that you could sit there and stare for ever. The old willow tree that was nearly fallen over had leaned out from the forest and landed on a rock that held it up just enough for the roots to stay intact. The soft whipping branches of the tree blew gently in the wind forming a veil over the open view. Looking outward you could see past the edge of the forest and over the meadow, if any danger were to occur on the meadow, anyone looking from this peek would be the first to see it. Past the meadow and through the darkened forest was dead dry rocky lands with tall mountains and smoke that rised into the air against the horizon. Past the lookout the path continued in the tunnel, and came to a stop shortly. A rock ledge it was a slanted mound of rocks that acted as a staircase, once up on top, it was a flat surface and directly in front was an entrance to the main cave where the roxes maid their den, and the other way lead along the top of the rock formation right over top of the lookout and to a peak, that reached just beyond the cliffs edge, if someone was to slip off here it would land them down the gorge. It was a very dangerous yet beautiful place.

Map! Look at my little kidish map of the area from like... up high xD.

Hob wandered through the trees untill she emerged into the opening of the cliff and sat down gently on a rock looking around boredly, her maw parted to emit a loud yawn. after a few moments past her foot came up to her neck to scratch a bit, she began to get agravated that her collar was in the way of her itch, she took her foot and wrestled to stick it inbetween her neck and the leather of the collar, once she wedged it in there she pushed as hard as she could to break it off, she started to tip backwards and fell off the rock rolling in a tumble. She landed with her whole foot through the collar and the leather lifted over her maw pushing her muzzle downwards. With a grunt she flailed and ripped it off tossing it to the ground, shaking off she then resumed scratching her neck.

Crym ran through the trees, her paws making a soft thumping sound as she ran. Her long ears blew wildly behind her in the air, she had been running at such a fast speed for a while now. She stopped suddenly, her ears twitching slightly as she heard the sound of a stream nearby. Slowly, she walked to it, laying down right beside it. She lapped up some water from the dream, her ears dropping slightly beside her, her purple crimson paw dipped int othe stream. Her eyes closed slowly as the soft breeze blew through her black fur, her black and crimson tail swaying slowly behind her. Around her neck was a black collar with a tag that made a small clinking sound everytime it touched the ground. A soft yawn escaped from her maw as she slowly drifted to sleep.

She stopped scratching and looked around curiously her gaze falling upon the coller that she had flung off her head with a snort. She walked over to it and picked it up in her mouth and trotted off to the edge of the cliff looking down, she got a little dizy and backed away she looked around again and wondered where all the roxes were, usualy this place had roxes near it. she sighed slightly through the collar, and walked off in search of somthing to get it back on her neck instead of throwing it away. As she walked drool started falling from her mouth and off of the collar, she found a rock and dropped the collar on the ground, putting her head on it and flicking it so it was on her head like a crown she then used the rock and rubbed upwards on it to help push the collar down over her maw, and around her neck. With a shake and a sigh she ran off to find somthing fun to do.

Xikkari slowly walked into the roxes area. Her fur was pure white, but she was scared, and a chain hung around her neck from abuse of her former owner. Her eyes were the color of the sky, but they seemed to hide her dark past. She began to walk around, just to see what the real world outside of her cage looked like. It was beautiful. She then hopped around in an attempt to find other small roxes, but if they would welcome her, she was unsure.

Softly padding through the forest, Ari's ears perked up. Her nose emitted a quiet snort. Her tail twitched, sensing a prescence nearby. She shook her head and lifted her muzzle to sniff the air. Someone WAS there. Other than the soft trickling sound of the stream, she could hear the breathing of another presence, a rox perhaps. Her ears twitched as she slowly crouched. She peered through the trees to find another rox. One with a collar and jet black fur. She snorted softly and quietly padded towards the stream, hoping not to wake the other rox.

A shilouette of a dragon flying overhead appears above the forest. The dragon would land on the cliff and look over its edge chuckling to himself for no reason in particualar. The dragon was black with a dark greyish/purple streaks across his scales and orange eyes. He was quite large 10m (32') from head to tail as he flicked his tail idly watching with keen eyes and sharp ears wondering where all the prey (wolves and foxes) had gone. He'd get up and jump off the ledge diving down heading toward the river, openning his wings right at the bottom gliding along the river before rising above the trees again to search for the lookout hoping to find a rox there or atleast a bite to eat.
