Co-Owners and Mentors

Well, the situation with Mystic Homes has been asked about a million and two times now. Or atleast, if I kept count, it'd be around that number.

While I'm currently unsure about the situation with Iced and Furcadia. It's pretty much assumed that she has officially quit. (For whatever reason she won't talk to me)

A lot of people have brought the problem with help running the dream to my attention. Yes, co-owners, managers whatever you want to call them.

While on a walk with Jae(count woltar) I thought of a system that should take care of this problem very well.

My plan is to select 3-4 people who will be considered to be in the co-owner position, but I will also be adding a new division to the staff team.

Mentors.

Any current staff member that knows the ropes of MH will have the opportunity to become a Mentor, but there's going to be more strict requirements later as Mentors will serve as a primary counselor for new staffers after they receive basic training.

Once a new staff receives training they will be given bot share. There's no change there, but after that they will be assigned a mentor, another staff who knows the rules of MH and that can answer any questions at any time. Also, the mentor may act as a person who the newer staff whispers when they see something done wrong by another staff member.

Why?
Because Staff members get mad when the newer ones tell them they're wrong. It's not too much of a problem, but I've seen it happen. I've seen it happen to the point of where newer staff were ready to quit within the first day.

I think it's a good idea, seeing as you're the only one qualified to train right now, and like 43724879324 new staff need training when hiring starts up.

Mentors should be watched more carefully than real staff, cause we've had some crappy managers before >:

I think that's what happened when Jagura, Aura, and Salvation were made managers.

Yeah, Aura actually did something, but she was a total bitch.
Managers were meant to keep order, and she just started drama

and then he told Iced to give me full rights as owner.

Sounds really good to me =) It gives the furres who have more experience to take a high position. To help out the new staff

That sounds like a great idea. I don't see how you deal with all the new staffers at once, or how they deal with waiting! xD

That idea sounds pretty good. Good for new staffs to get assistance from more experienced ones. Also so the newbies dont try and control everything. xD

Okay, Do I have to fill out an application? ((This is Florah By the way)) I mean I did good with the dream and everything..and helped loads of people, and I don't see why I shouldn't get reccomend, but people aren't reccomending me, My head hurt doing an application again. >_< And yes the Idea sounds fine to me. =3
